Yo this place is IT!!!! everything is on point. The staff (or maybe were the owners) behind the counter know so much about healthy nutritious supplements aaand the juices are SOO GOOOD. I tried #2 the Queen Nasira I think it's called and it tasted like a delicious dessert that made me feel like a queen myself. My friend got the drink with the name Jockey in it I forgot but it was so good and it had everything under the sun. All that to say Try this place, you will not regret this.

If you've been to a Rasta owned smoothie spot before then you already know the vibes. The names of the smoothies are corny as hell, but they've got some great ingredients like bee pollen that you can't find at a lot of the newer smoothie places. They also have some Jamaican patties that are pretty good!

I love this place! They make the best juices; the ingredients are always fresh and they are reasonably priced. My favorite items on the menu are the ackee, vegetable, and salmon patties. Delicious! I've never had patties with such a flaky crust! This is a family owned business and a staple in the neighborhood. Don't rush "pops" because he is only going to move but so fast! LOL! This place is not very large, no dining in, but rest assured you'll always get friendly conversation and the best juices and patties in Harlem
